Go to the Log a Repair page and complete the repair request form with your name, phone number, product name, reference number if available, and a description of the issue.
What information do I need for a repair request?
Please include your product name, contact details, ID or reference number if available, your location or area, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Can I return a product?
Returns must be logged within the allowed return period and the product should be unused, resaleable, in its original packaging, and include all labels, accessories and promotional items.

What does the warranty cover?
Warranty cover generally applies to manufacturing or material defects under normal household use. It does not usually cover misuse, abuse, tampering, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or damage caused by external factors.
How long does a repair or return process take?
Timelines may vary depending on the product and location. Inspection, collection or return processing may take several working days after the product has been received or assessed.
